Valentina Farenga (Lawyer)

Graduated in Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 2008.
She is registered at the Milan Bar Association.
She has successfully attended the Training course on Arbitration 2017 organized by the Arbitrando Association.

From 2017 to February 2023 she was member of ARBITRANDO, an association for arbitration, and member of the "Corporate Arbitration Department".

She deals with consultancy in the field of commercial and corporate law both judicial and extrajudicial, in the interest of listed and unlisted Italian and foreign companies.
Expert negotiator in company crisis – Decree-law 118/2021.
