Graduated in Law at the University of Milan.
He is registered at the Bar Association of Rome.
Admitted to the Italian Supreme Court and other italian Superior Courts.
He is a referee in labor-union disputes.

He is a member of SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) as "Entitled to practice as a registered European lawyer in the U.K."
He is a member of AGI, an association of Italian Labor Lawyers.
He is an EELA member, European Employement Laywers Association.
He is an ELA member, Employement Laywers Association.
He is an IBA member, International Bar Association.
He is a member of CEAM, the European Arbitration and Arbitration Court.
He is general secretary of ASFORCINEMA – the National bilateral organization of the audiovisual sector.
He is a member of BCCI The British Chamber of Commerce for Italy.
He is a member of the Italian Chamber in the Carribean.

From November 2016 to February 2023 he was member of ARBITRANDO, an association for arbitration, and coordinator of the "Labour Arbitration Department".

He has collaborated with “Cesma company”, and with “Il Sole 24 Ore” Training School and collaborates in the field of training stages, for the labour law sector, for various employers' associations.
Collaborator for "Il Foro Padano", editor of numerous articles for magazines in the sector, speaker at several conferences on labour and trade union law.
Author of the book "Arbitration in labor law" edited by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre (2020 edition).

He has gained over thirty years of experience in Italy and abroad, both in company-work and in judicial and consulting fields, as well as on issues of trade union and industrial, with particular attention to collective national, territorial and business contracts including all the collective and shock absorber procedures.
